I led design for Hasbro Pulse’s DTC storefront, steering its move from a custom Shopify build to Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Partnering with marketing, merchandising, and an associate designer, I delivered cohesive site creative and launch kits for every collectible drop—from Star Wars Black Series to Marvel Legends—while keeping visuals sharp across the U.S., EU, and China. Beyond the storefront, I produced social, video, email, push, and in-app assets that lifted engagement and sales. Details follow in the Scope of Work.

Final Outcome

By replacing a “wait-for-assets” bottleneck with a proactive, 48-hour design sprint, I aligned our three-person creative pod, marketing, and merchandising around a single art-direction brief—tightening cross-functional hand-offs and eliminating last-minute edits. The new pipeline delivered Shopify, Salesforce storefront, YouTube, social, and email graphics ahead of schedule, giving marketing extra runway to refine copy and targeting. Its first real-world test—the HasLab Ghostbusters Plasma Series Ectomobile—crushed its 12 K-backer goal with 15,703 supporters in just four days, a record for the program. The process is now the launch playbook for all future drops, pairing speed with brand-perfect visuals worldwide.
